Redmi Note 11 series phones have been introduced outside of China

 

Xiaomi’s subsidiary introduced 3 phones of its new flagship Redmi Note 11 series in China in October 2021.

Now the Redmi Note 11, 11 Pro. 11 Pro (5G) and 11S have been introduced globally.

But globally, the Note 11 Pro Plus was not announced, but was replaced by a new phone called the Note 11S.

Redmi Note 11 and Note 11S

These two phones have some of the features of Pro models but at the same time they are very similar to each other.

Both the phones have 6.53 inch AMOLED display with 90 Hz refresh rate while Gorilla Glass 3 protection is provided for screen protection and yes these are splash resistance phones.

The Note 11S has MediaTek’s Helio G96, while the Note 11 has a Snapdragon 680 processor.

The Android 11 operating system in the phones is combined with MIUI 13, while the Note 11 will have 4 to 6 GB RAM and 64 to 128 GB storage options, the 11S will have 6 to 8 GB RAM and 64 128 GB storage options are provided.

Both the phones have a microSD card slot in the dual SIM tray which can be used for further storage.

Both have a fingerprint on the reader side while the front cameras can also be used for biometric unlock. The Note 11S has a 16-megapixel selfie camera while the Note 11 has a 13-megapixel selfie camera.

Other notable features include IR blasters, NFC, dual speakers and headphone jacks.

Both the phones have 5000 mAh battery with 33 watts fast charging support and they get 200% charged in 58 minutes.

Back camera setup is the area in which there is a significant difference between the two phones.

The Note 11 has a 4-camera setup on the back with a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel Ultra Wide, a 2-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel depth camera.

The main camera in the 11S is 108 megapixels while the rest of the cameras are the same as the Note 11.

Both phones will be available in different countries by the end of January and will be launched in more markets in February.

The Note 11 model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage will be available for 180 180 (over PKR 31,000) while the phone with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will be available for 23 230 (over PKR 40,000).

Note 11 Pro and 11 Pro 5G

The Note 11 Pro (4G) and Note 11 Pro 5G are very similar to the Pro models offered in China.

11 Pro 5G has Snapdragon 695 processor while 11 Pro 4G has MediaTek’s Helio G96 processor.

Both have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate, while Gorilla Glass 5 protection and dust and splash resistance features are also part of it.

Both models will come with 6 to 8 GB RAM and 64 to 128 GB storage options which can be further expanded with SD card, but dual SIM support will not be available when using SD card as the third slot. Not at all

The Android 11 operating system is integrated with MIUI13.

The phones have a 108-megapixel main camera on the back that supports 3x zooming, along with an 8-megapixel Ultra Wide and 2-megapixel macro cameras, and the 4G model has a 2-megapixel depth sensor camera. Is.

Both have a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front with a punch hole design and a fingerprint sensor inside the screen.

These phones with headphone jack and dual speakers have 5000 mAh batteries with 67 watts fast charging support.

Both will be available to consumers in February, with the Note 11 Pro 4G model priced at 6GB RAM and 64GB storage priced at 300 300 (over 52,000 PKR) and 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The version will be available for  $350 (over 61,000 Pakistani rupees).

The Pro 5G smartphone will start at 3 330 (over PKR 58,000), while the version with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage will be available for 80 380 (over PKR 67,000).
