Foreign funding case, PTI's request not to give record to Petitioner Akbar S. Babar rejected

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and Akbar S. Babar, rejecting the PTI's request for immediate restraint from handing over the record of PTI foreign funding case to Akbar S. Babar.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the PTI's prohibited foreign funding case in the Islamabad High Court and remarked that he would decide after hearing the Election Commission and Akbar S Babar.

Lawyer PTI Anwar Mansoor said that Akbar S. Babar should be stopped from giving arguments on the documents of Election Commission. On this, the court said that how can one order short arguments in the Election Commission.

PTI’s action tell is something is bad in the in the files that will hurt them politically. The party and its leaders have always boasted about integrity and honesty in Politics and personal lives.

The bad thing is that PTI has been submitting fake and false certificates from 2009-13 to conceal the funds received from abroad.
