Know the real reason for the presence of lines in our hands?

Look carefully at your hands and tell what makes your attention?

Of course, your answer will be the lines of the hands, which some people think tell the future.

But when it comes to scientific facts, the main purpose of the lines on the palm (called palmer flexin creases in medical language) is something else.

In fact, these lines help to pull or compress the skin of the hand.

According to scientists, these lines are formed in the child's hand in the 12th week of pregnancy and are present at birth.

The number and depth of the lines depend on different elements such as family history and race.

Most people have 3 basic lines in their palm at birth, whose length and depth depend on our genes.

These lines help the skin to twist when you clench your hand and eliminate the possibility of getting stuck in objects.

This is probably why these lines are darker and more prominent in the joints of the fingers and thumbs.

Our hands do all kinds of work and that is why their skin has to adapt to complex positions so that the hand is straightened, closed, bent or fisted, the skin also has to work accordingly.

If these lines were not present on the palm, the skin would hang loose.

On some occasions, these lines also help to identify specific medical problems, but this is decided by doctors based on other factors.
