Imran Khan will leave the government in disgrace, Fazlur Rehman

PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that Imran Khan will leave the government in disgrace.

Addressing a rally in Islamabad, JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the struggle against illegitimate rulers was legitimate and it was time to end this illegitimate government. We are on the streets to get rid of illegitimate tyrants.

"Liberating this country is the purpose of our life. We want to show the world that we are ready to work on the basis of equality but not slavery. Our Election Commission is helpless which does not give the right result to the nation," he said.

He said that our goal is to strengthen the institutions, we want the Election Commission to be independent.

He added that we would not allow the PTI to escape from foreign funding case.

Maulana’s outburst against PM Imran khan is deplorable. Unfortunately, both the government and opposition are engaged in rhetoric which is not good for the nation considering the geopolitical situation.

It is interesting to note that both prime minister and Maulana is accusing Election of Pakistan. Maulana is also talking about a force which has imposed the illegitimate ruler. But he dared not to name this force.

As a Pakistani I think our leaders should not malign our institutions like Election Commission of Pakistan and army.

I think Maulana should not utter such hurtful remarks against the prime minister instead he should use his energy to keep the opposition united and make no-confidence motion successful.
