Xiaomi Band 7

 The smartband has been available for a few weeks, having been unveiled in China alongside the Redmi Note 11T Pro at the end of May. In comparison to the previous model, the display is 25% larger, with a diagonal of 1.62", is brighter (500 nit vs. 450), and most importantly, it supports the always-on mode. According to Xiaomi, there is also a more recent and capable chip, but no concrete details are available at this time.



It's worth noting that the smartband has recently been certified by TDRA, IMDA, and NCC, the entities of the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Taiwan, respectively. All of the details that point to a quick launch. Finally, in the last few hours, another technical upgrade has been announced: the company has switched to a Goodix cardio / SpO2 sensor, which should provide greater accuracy and reliability than previously seen.

According to rumors, Xiaomi will also release a Pro model, which would be a first for the company. It's unclear how it will differ from the standard model, but we won't have to wait long to find out: a launch is expected in July.
