Netflix brings surround sound to all devices. The feature is now available

 Netflix's new surround sound system doesn't require a dedicated equipment. Ambeo, developed with Sennheiser, is already in the first series, including Stranger Things' fourth season. All users, regardless of subscription plan, can use the new option.



Netflix will provide movies and shows with Ambeo surround sound. The technology developed with Sennheiser transforms information from a standard surround mix (eg Dolby Atmos) so it can be played on stereo systems.

When the stereo is configured as the default audio output, the option is activated. If the user is not using a smartphone, Ambeo surround sound will be active when streaming in high quality. All Netflix subscribers can use it. In Dolby Atmos, you must get the top package.

Few projects feature modern surround sound. It includes Stranger Things, The Witcher, Red Note, and Resident Evil. Simply search Netflix for "Spatial Audio" to see which titles support the new method. Adding Ambeo isn't automated and involves extra work, so more content will take time. Sennheiser says the conversion is straightforward and quick.

Brutal crackdown by the government could not deter people from coming out of their homes and heading towards Islamabad

 The government’s crackdown on PTI workers and supporters made it clear that they have decided to stop PTI’s Independence March at all cost. News reports say more than 1,000 PTO workers and activists have been arrested.  The government has called in the Rangers to maintain law and order in Islamabad and other major cities of the country, including Karachi. All entrances and exits to and from Islamabad were shut down, as was traffic between Lahore and the Twin Cities. The government has also instructed transport companies not to offer buses, cars, or vans to PTI workers. The manner in which Shahbaz and its allies are using state apparatus to prevent people from participating in the march is not acceptable.  The #WeAreComingKaptaan hashtag tells us that brutal crackdown by the government could not deter people from coming out of their homes and heading towards Islamabad.  Look what this government is doing spreading broken glasses on the road.

 DDR4 memory is found on most personal computers. The next generation memory standard is coming out. Computers users expect increased performance and optimal power consumption  in the new chips.  If we focus on raw data, the main changes include a reduction in the voltage from 1.2V to 1.1V, and the 8n prefetch buffer will be replaced by 16n prefetch buffers, i.e. 16 bits per hour will migrate from memory cells to the IO buffer, while performance will be scaled from 3.2 Gbps to 6.4 Gbps per I/O connection.
