Karachi: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday dismissed a petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) challenging the victory of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) candidate Abdul Hakim Baloch in the by-election to the National Assembly seat 237. 

The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday heard a petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) challenging the victory of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) candidate Abdul Hakim Baloch in the by-election to the National Assembly seat 237. 

Chief Justice Sindh High Court asked pti's lawyer that if there is any irregularity or rigging, then you have the option to go to the election tribunal, what dispute of the election have you brought, what you are saying falls in the category of election dispute, whether you went to the election tribunal or not?
